Boat and ferry services used during our tours are operated by third‑party providers, including government‑run ferry services. These operators are responsible for the operation, safety, and insurance of their vessels.

Jossi Tours does not own, operate, or control any boats or ferries used during its tours.

 

3. Role of Jossi Tours Guides

Jossi Tours provides a tour guide for informational and assistance purposes only. Our guides do not operate vessels and are not responsible for navigation, mechanical operation, or safety management of boats or ferries.

 

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tours may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to travel by water, weather conditions, and activities in public or natural environments.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tour.

 

5. Insurance Responsibility

All guests are required to have valid personal travel insurance that covers:

• medical expenses

• accidents

• injury

• loss or damage to personal belongings

• activities involving boat or ferry travel

Jossi Tours does not provide personal insurance coverage for guests.

 

6. Safety Measures

Life jackets are provided to all travellers during boat and ferry journeys. Guests agree to follow all safety instructions given by operators and guides.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jossi Tours shall not be held liable for:

• personal injury

• illness

• death

• loss or damage to property

• delays, cancellations, or accidents

arising from participation in tours or the use of third‑party services.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms
